I was walking around Ayala very early looking for a breakfast spot, and I ran into UCC Coffee, I love that they open at 7am unlike the other restaurants and shops at Ayala (most open around 10am). I walked in and was greeted with a japanese saying for “welcome”, all the cute girls had big smiles and were very friendly. UCC originated in 1958 and now has 300 branches worldwide, mostly in Asia

What I Ate: I had the eggs sunny side up, with corned beef hash, wheat toast, and salad, it was all delicious!

Da Vinci’s Pizza in Cebu is the place to go when you are in the mood for a great high quality pizza, they have many totally different kinds of pizza’s, red sauce pizza, white sauce pizza, chicken wings, some pasta and many more great tasting pizza at a VERY inexpensive price, I just had my Pepperoni Craze pizza with 1 bottle of water, free delivery costing only 219 pesos!

The Menu: Da Vinci’s Pizza has something for all pizza lovers, they have their famous white sauce pizzas, like their best seller the “Da Vinci’s Masterpiece”, they have premium pizza’s like my absolute favorite Spicy Shawarma pizza!!! They have all the basics too, like Meat Lovers and Pepperoni Crave. I love Da Vinci’s Pizza!
What I Ate: I just had the Pepperoni Crave with hot sauce, delicious! Ma sarap!

Yellow Cab Pizza is a great pizza place for you especially if you like to have that safe and comfortable feeling to know that Yellow Cab is in just about every major city in Philippines, all over Luzon (Manila), Visayas including Cebu, Boracay etc etc

The Menu: The Yellow Cab Pizza menu consists of many classic pizza’s and also some specialty pizza’s, like Corona Chicken Salsa pizza, Tribeca Muchroom, Anchovy Lovers, Gourmet Garden pizza, Manhattan Meatlovers, New York’s Finest, Hawaiin, Four Seasons, Dear Darla Pizza, Rosted Garlic and Shrimp pizza, and even Four Seasons pizza, all reasonably priced. Also they have many appetizers like hot wings, twice-baked potato halves, tortilla chips and some soups, even calzones too!!!
What I Ate: I always order the large pepperoni pizza, with some hot sauce, it’s always great, especially since you can order it delivery 24 hours/day, even 5am when you get home from the nightclubs!!!! hehe

The Menu: The menu at Little Nonki was filled with tons of japanese dishes and hot tea’s etc, I was very satisfied with the selection.
What I Ate: I had the famous “G Burger”, it was MASSIVE!!! and some potato wedges, for only 220php I only finished half the burger because it was soooo big!

Cyma Restaurant is one of the more exotic food places for the Philippines, serving mediterranean dishes, which is kind of rare from what I see in Philippines. Cyma has many locations all over the Phils, including the Terraces in Ayala Mall in Cebu, Trinoma Mall in Quezon City, D’Mall in Boracay, Greenbelt 2 in Makati City, Shangrila Plaza Mall in Mandaluyong City, and Eastwood Mall in Libis Quezon City. So once you have a taste of Cyma for the first time you’ll be happy to know that you have access no matter where you are!!!

The Menu: The Cyma menu is packed full of great mediterranean dishes, mostly greek.
What I Ate: I had the roasted cedar planked salmon with the cyma roasted potatoes and extra hot sauce for the potatoes, that sauce is delicious and the salmon was very good, tender and tasty!!! To drink I had a bottomless freshly squeezed lemonade, yummy! I love Cyma!
The Staff: The staff is very nice, friendly and always smiling, our waitress was so cute and super nice!

Red Kimono restaurant

The Menu: Red Kimono has a variety of wonderful japanese dishes, steaks, sushi rolls, miso soup, saki and about every japanese dish you can think of, with a free hot green tea too. Check out the entire Red Kimono menu here
What I Ate: I visited Red Kimono 2 times in 1 day hehe, I ate gyoza, it was delicious!!! I had the chicken yakitori and it was extremely wonderful, I’ll definitely get these both again. We wanted to try their “wierd” sushi rolls too, so we also had the Red Scorpion Maki which I didn’t prefer, too fishy or creamy or something, and Red Monster (eel), and my favorite was the “Hot Cowboy roll”, it has jalapeno peppers inside to give it an extra spicy kick

Silver Dollar Bar in Cebu is a nice place to hangout with friends and watch some nice girls dancing, listen to some oldies music and play some billiards while enjoying an ice cold San Mig Light!

The Menu: Silver Dollar has all the basic “bar foods” type of things, fried chicken, french fries, and they have some awesome German sausages too! I’ve enjoyed every meal I’ve eaten at Silver Dollar Bar. They now have an American breakfast!
