Blast Prepaid Internet card
I bought a PHP100 Bl@st Prepaid Internet card and I couldn’t figure out how to use it, does it need WIFI or dialup!? I think it’s a dialup thing. Anyways, to anyone that would like to use my card please do, I hate to see it go to waste.

The last time I was in Cebu I used a minimum of 1500 PHP per day in hotel internet cards, a shitty WIFI connection which was down half the time. The 1500 PHP bought me like 8 hours of connection only :s I think by the time I’ll be there next your card would be expired already :p But i’ll defiantly buy one!
