Cyma Restaurant is one of the more exotic food places for the Philippines, serving mediterranean dishes, which is kind of rare from what I see in Philippines. Cyma has many locations all over the Phils, including the Terraces in Ayala Mall in Cebu, Trinoma Mall in Quezon City, D’Mall in Boracay, Greenbelt 2 in Makati City, Shangrila Plaza Mall in Mandaluyong City, and Eastwood Mall in Libis Quezon City. So once you have a taste of Cyma for the first time you’ll be happy to know that you have access no matter where you are!!!
The Menu: The Cyma menu is packed full of great mediterranean dishes, mostly greek.
What I Ate: I had the roasted cedar planked salmon with the cyma roasted potatoes and extra hot sauce for the potatoes, that sauce is delicious and the salmon was very good, tender and tasty!!! To drink I had a bottomless freshly squeezed lemonade, yummy! I love Cyma!
The Staff: The staff is very nice, friendly and always smiling, our waitress was so cute and super nice!
The Bathroom: The CR at Cyma is clean all the time

Extras:

OMG I’ve had those potatoes at Cyma also, they are da BOMB!!!!!
I ate there last night, had their Greek Coffee, it was really good and strong! It’s nice to sit outside there in the terraces with your laptop and having a cup of coffee and some Cyma Greek potatoes with hot sauce mmmmmm yum!
I particularly like the salmon. Great way of serving. If I were to go back there I’d like to order one of their flaming dishes where they say “Opa!”
Yep, I love their salmon too, the one in the picture above, that’s my fav!
And yes, what is that dish that’s flaming anyways? I’m always curious but I don’t have the nerve to order it yet lol
I didn’t mind the tiny COCKROACH in the chili oil as much as the LIEs the staff said to keep people in walking shorts out of the restaurant. . .
The next time you go to CYMA Eastwood wearing shorts in a warm summer night at 9pm, don’t believe them when they tell you that you are 10th in the wait list. The CYMA staff at the front entrance told us that we were 10th in the wait list. We called his bluff and waited for the 9 groups to arrive. When they saw that we were not leaving they ushered us to an empty table after just a few minutes. We thought that the Cyma Lamb Chops and Salad will make up for it until we saw a small COCKROACH in the chili oil . . .
Ouch! Are you serious Edward? Do you have any pics of the roach in the chili oil?
three points for this resto:
good food, high prices and bad customer service…
